Cooking oil, fats, and grease are not accepted at hazardous waste collection sites.

Put small a small quantity of fats, oils, and grease into a can. Put the can in the refrigerator to chill it. Once solidified, place the can in the garbage. Contact King County Industrial Waste at 206-477-5300 for information on water and oil separators.
